Luigi Chiatti was an Italian serial killer. He was born Antonio Rossi to a 24-year-old single mother, Maria Rossi, who worked as a waitress in a restaurant. Just after he was born, his mother gave him to an orphanage run by the nuns in Narni, Umbria. At the age of six, he was adopted by Ermanno Chiatti and Giacoma Ponti, a wealthy family from Foligno.
