Case Summary

Background

Feng Guohui was 25 and worked as a forestry worker. He was born with both male and female sexual organs. He became a man through a series of operations four years before the killings. His neighbors kept making fun of him, and Feng reacted to the taunts from his neighbors.

The offence

Feng stabbed six people to death in Yangjiang, southern China. He attacked the people with a long knife. The victims were three women aged 81, 59 and 27, and two 4-year-old boys and another 5-year-old boy. An 8-year-old girl survived the attack.

Investigation

Feng was later captured by police.
