The offence

On or about the 10th day of August, 1950, Harold Thomas Lantz boarded the east bound Southern Pacific Train late at night in Tucson, Arizona, without a ticket. A short distance before arriving at the City of Douglas, Cochise County, Arizona, Harold Thomas Lantz killed and murdered Miss Ada C. Park while committing the act of rape upon Miss Ada C. Park.
