Background
Yaghoub Ali Mirshekari was an Iranian man who was convicted of killing truck drivers to steal their vehicles.
Mirshekari was described as a serial killer who was hanged publicly in southeastern city of Zahedan.
He was nicknamed the “Yellow Scorpion” by his first wife.
